The Cancer & Bowel Research Trust receives no government funding and relies entirely on support from the community. Your bequest can allow the organisation to commit to long term projects, leaving a generous and much appreciated legacy for future generations. Our research and accommodation programs particularly rely on long term and significant funding, and bequests allow us to budget for these programs for extended periods of time, ensuring that the best possible services are offered to the Australian community.

While it is possible to draw up and execute a will independently, we encourage anyone wishing to make a will to either seek formal advice, or, if their intentions are fairly simple, use a template will to record their wishes. We also strongly suggest that they make their wishes known to their family and friends, to minimise any disputes that may otherwise arise. These two precautions will give the greatest chance of the intentions behind the will being honoured.
